MR. BARRY BRODSKY, PRESIDENT BRODSON CONSTRUCTION

Barry Brodsky has enjoyed twenty years of success in the construction industry in the United States. Originally a native of New York, Brodsky moved to Miami as a child and went on to study a profession in accounting before opening his own successful construction business. Founding Brodson Construction in 1989, he named the company after his Grandfather's New York based construction firm years early. For a number of years Brodsky even worked side by side at the company with his father, Stanley Brodsky, who (prior to joining in his son's business endeavor) held the title of Vice President of Construction at the Fountains in Palm Beach, a 700-acre planned residential community. Over the years he has retained clients with names such as Louis Vuitton, Cartier and Harry Winston, earning a reputation in luxury retail, commercial and residential projects that is considered second to none. Today, Barry is the father of two children and enjoys working with clients who become personal, lifelong friends.

MR. COLE D. HAYNES, VICE PRESIDENT BRODSON CONSTRUCTION
Cole D. Haynes has been at the forefront of the luxury construction industry in South Florida for the past eighteen years. Haynes moved to Miami Beach on Super Bowl Sunday in 1989 and ventured into the real estate industry for Grubb and Ellis of Florida, Inc., the largest domestic independent brokerage service firm at that time. Through networking and local contacts, Mr. Haynes transitioned his career from Grubb and Ellis's brokerage company to act as Vice President of Operations for the construction arm of the internationally renowned Dacra Companies, a full service development company. During his tenure at Dacra, Haynes was fortunate enough to work on such landmark properties as: The Netherland Hotel, The Marlin Hotel, 600 Lincoln Road, The Webster Hotel, The News Café, The Astor Hotel, The New World Symphony remodel (and their related Plymouth & Ansonia Buildings), The Van Dyke Restaurant and the Carl Fisher Building in which the restaurant resides. Additionally, during his career at Dacra, Haynes developed a taste for high end luxury home building after completing several Miami Beach Residences for well known individuals. At thirty-one years old, Haynes (with the well wishes of his employer, Dacra) moved on to create his own exclusive, boutique construction firm and worked with a select client base that included Madonna, Adrienne Arsht, Robert Zarco and Ingrid Casares. After more than six years on his own, Haynes joined friend and long time construction associate, Barry Brodsky, at Brodson Construction, Inc. where he acts as Vice President. Haynes currently oversees the daily operations of the company's retail, commercial and residential projects locally, nationally and internationally. In addition to his role at Brodson, Haynes is an active father of four wonderful children. Next to his professional accolades, he attributes one of his greatest accomplishments as an active coach for his youngest son’s soccer team, which recently won the 2008 National 3 v 3 Championship at Disney’s Wide World of Sports.
